SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
• Analyze and review budgets and expenditure for local, state, federal, and private funding, contracts and grants.
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, patrol entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
• Analyse revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s automated financial systems.
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
• Handle bank reconciliations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS /COMPETENCIES

• B.Sc / HND Accounting
• ACCA, ICAN 5-8 years experience in the private sector
• Must possess Managerial experience and skill ready to work without supervision
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software.

Title Human Resources Manager

Job Information

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION:
• To Implements human resources plans and personnel procedures and organizes all activities of the department. To provide Corporate Services in full spectrum of HR functions including training and development, recruitment, staff welfare, compensation and benefits.

JOB FUNCTION:
• Carries out policies relating to all phases of personnel activity: Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Schedule interview arrangement.
• Wholly responsible for new hires preparation including Letter of Appointment, staff card, workstation, personal file, new staff checklist etc.
• Keeps record of pension plan, and personnel transactions, for example hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations
• Administers all employees’ attendance and medical claims record, maintaining and ensuring all employees’ leave and medical claim records are accurate.
• Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
• Monitor employees due for confirmation, prepare and submit appraisal form to respective supervisor and follow-up.
• Maintain a database of all employment applications and CVs and updates accordingly.
• Implements staff development programs.
• To plan and process all official travels and eprocess xpertraite quotas as the company may be required.
• To supervise the activities of the Transport manager and general office administration.
• Other duties as assigned by Management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES
• A good University Degree. An MBA and/or Membership of Institute of Personel Managemnt would be an added advantage
• A minimum of 8 years post qualification experience with a minimum of Three (3) years at Management position as HR Manager.
• To posses Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures and Good Knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Law.
• Be able to lead and motivate staff. Must posses Excellent Interpersonal Skills. Must have Strong Communication Skills and Good Presentation Skills.
• Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
