What capacities do you offer?
We offer bandwidth capacities ranging from a minimum of an E1/2Mbps – STM 64.
Do you sell IP?
Yes we do, We leased a minimum of 1mbps to 155mbps
How many computers can use the 1mbps?
It can be shared between 10-20 users depending on the usage.
Can the 1mbps be shared by different houses in a residential compound?
Yes, 1mbps can be shared, if you have a good LAN structure in place.
Can it be used for residents on the same street?
The network can be shared among residents on the same street; it all depends on the quality of LAN structure put in place.
Is your bandwidth shared?
Our bandwidth is dedicated and not shared capacity. Our 1 mbps is full duplex and dedicated bandwidth. The 1 mbps is equivalent to 1024KB, i.e., 1024kb up and 1024kb down.
Is the price per month per house or per compound?
1mbps can be shared between 10 -20 users/systems depending on the usage, if it is used for voice , video and data, the speed will only carry 5-7 users.
Can we see a test of how fast your internet service can be?
Yes you can test the speed in our corporate headquarters, which is without a cost.
How do you handle WIFI/Router for an entire house?
We will need to set up a LAN structure for you.
Is your service affordable?
Yes very affordable, very competitive price when compared to our competitors.
What is the provisioning time?
A maximum of 21days (SLA is put in place)
