Everything from customer service management to service provisioning has a place in the detailed process we adhere to. Phase3 has also employed innovative ways to protect its infrastructure from vandalism by deploying alarm monitoring systems on the High Voltage pylons where it has fibre infrastructure. Phase3 Telecom has in place an effective Network Management System for monitoring its network to facilitate prompt response to any downtime which in most cases are unlikely. Our network performance and attributes are also monitored remotely from our Network Control Centre.
