Ibrahim Odufisan is a result-oriented and versatile finance as well as strategy professional with over 18 years experience working in various business sectors including audit services, multinationals, banking, oil & gas, aviation, risk management, strategy execution, consulting and corporate finance. He started his career in 2003 with the audit firm of Adebayo Farayola & Co as audit associate and later audit supervisor. He joined Honeywell Group Limited in 2005 as business analyst and project finance officer where he was part of the project team responsible for the development of Radisson Blu Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos. In 2006, he joined Fidelity Bank Plc as risk and control advisor thus, by 2012 his career profile, and expertise had grown significantly to prepare him for his role as chief finance officer at AS Energy Services Limited and subsequently EAN Aviation Limited which he joined in 2014.

Prior to joining Phase3, he was head, strategy and special Projects (2018 – 2020) at Lekki Free Zone Development Company where he took the lead role in execution of the company’s 5-year development and strategic plan. The plan he executed returned the company to profitability, recovered unused lands allocated to potential investors and significantly improved working capital. In 2020, he worked briefly with Topaz V&E Oil and Gas Consulting, where he worked on the financial and commercial evaluation of some marginal oil fields during the 2020 Marginal Oil Fields Bidding Rounds by Nigeria DPR.

Ibrahim holds an HND Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic, Lagos (2002); B.Sc. Management (cum laude), from California Coast University, Santa Ana, CA, USA (2010); MBA, from the prestigious Hult International Business School, Boston, MA, USA (2012) and he is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (2006).
