We have built Africa’s largest aerial fibre optic network, delivering the long distance transmission and backhaul services that have supported the growth of Africa’s burgeoning telecoms sector. That job is far from finished. The huge IP capacity that has landed on the shores of West Africa continues to require improved distribution capability across the sub-region in order to achieve maximum impact.

Our objective is to interconnect the region, country to country and city to city and so dramatically improve the quality and availability of internet services.

But we are not satisfied with simply expanding our transmission and backhaul services. We believe that as many institutions, businesses and individuals as possible should have the option to connect directly to our network and so experience the benefits of true broadband IP. That’s why we are focused heavily on building out our enterprise and Fibre to the Home businesses. We are already providing broadband IP to a range of government departments, enterprises and homes in our home, Abuja and will be rolling out these services progressively over the coming years.
