With deep roots in strategic communications, digital transformation, social impact and cross-sector consulting, Morayo’s experience is vast, layered, and unique. Her journey blends business insight with people intelligence, and her leadership is defined by sharp execution, emotional acuity, and transformative results.
From telecommunications to fintech, policy to trade services, healthcare to development and humanitarian aid sectors, Morayo is a problem-solver, brand builder, and systems thinker who consistently turns challenges into success stories. She combines governance and management expertise with digital fluency and operational rigor, managing portfolios that span marketing strategy, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, business intelligence, UX design, financial inclusion, AI/ML innovation, and enterprise technology.
Currently serving as Group Head, Communications and Digital Services at Phase3 Telecom, Morayo steers strategic & business communications across fibre infrastructure, satellite broadband, digital services, value-added services, and fintech solutions.
She is a member of the Culture & Efficiency Team and the Business Operations Team (BOT), guiding process innovation, central audit functions, and supply chain strategy, combining insight with execution to sustain business alignment and performance.
Morayo also brings over a decade of high-impact social sector leadership, serving as a member of the board of trustees and executive director of the Phase 3 Foundation and executive secretary of the Stanley Jegede Foundation. In these roles, she has designed and led transformative, multi-dimensional development strategies that center on education, gender equity, youth empowerment, development, agricultural initiatives and humanitarian relief, reaching into underserved and target historically marginalized communities across Nigeria and West Africa.
Morayo also has expertise in NGO management and sustainable philanthropy, with deep skills in program lifecycle management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), policy engagement, impact storytelling, and regulatory compliance across both local and international development frameworks.
Her fundraising acumen has seen her raise and manage grants, partnerships, and philanthropic investments over the last 10 years, driven by compelling stakeholder engagement, transparent reporting, and strategic donor alignment.
With earlier roles spanning Rebuild Lagos Trust Fund, DAAR Communications Plc, Direct Dialog UK, CB Services, MSL Nigeria, Anfield Logistics, Abuja Clinics, and spearheading independent consultancies, her career reflects depth and dexterity working with both private and public sector stakeholders to build campaigns, lead major national and international events, and develop systems-level solutions that deliver both economic and social value.
An alumna of the University of East London with a Master’s in Global Media, Morayo’s academic foundation gives her a truly global lens for decoding narratives, building culturally relevant messaging, and leading communications in complex, high-stakes environments. She also holds certifications from Pan-Atlantic University and Lagos Business School and is MAP-certified.
Morayo is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Project Management Institute, Institute of Quality Assurance, and the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators.
