Abiodun Bamidele with more than 20 years in different commercial, interactive and solutions oriented client engagement roles, in the telecommunications and information & communications technology sectors, is an indistractable revenue growth champion. 

He is adept at creating value-added and win–win solutions – with the right mix of product and service elements targeted at  optimizing business commercials, creating value, building relationships, sustaining strategic/business development partnerships and  maximizing sales opportunities.

His entrepreneurial,  negotiating, leadership, client trust building  and consumer insight & data analytics skills as well as competencies continues to be instrumental in mapping sales strategy, maintaining and enhancing work collaborations to effectively manage customers, and providing leadership for sales teams across channels.

He joined Phase3 Telecom in 2009 as senior manager, international business, and prior to that began his telecoms career with Nigerian Telecommunications Limited (NITEL) in 1995; where he rose to the position of specialized services manager, charged with the responsibility of managing International (SAT-3 – IP services) and domestic leased circuits’ accounts. He also developed business processes for the provision of various services to special services customer segment as well as drove policy objectives and procedures targeted at effective marketing and sales in all facets of the IP customer segment.

Abiodun holds an MBA in marketing from Nasarawa State University (2017) and Bachelor of Science in accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1995).
