Dr Haroun I. Aliyu, is a licensed tax practitioner and active researcher. He is a co-founder and managing consultant at Fairview Consults. He is renowned for the extensive strategic and operational excellence, he brings to his position as architect and leader of the firm’s  aggressive consolidation plan.

Dr Aliyu who joined the Phase3 Board in April 2019, has over 25 years with widespread experience in governance, water resources management, oil and gas as well as the automobile sector. He has successfully nursed start-ups into vital growth streams in three West African countries. He currently holds a doctorate degree from the prestigious International School of Management in Paris, France and a masters degree in management from the premier University of Ibadan, Oyo State. He is a member of several professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Taxation; Nigerian Institute of Management; Chartered Institute of Marketing; Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Nigeria; Nigerian Institute of Training & Development; Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria and the Institute of Directors.
