Yemi Adedoyin is a talented, result-oriented, effective, and proven professional with over 17 years’ experience across banking, IT consulting and telecommunications sectors. Experienced, diligent, and excellent in driving business solution strategies, systems design, service operations and management; he has an exceptional combination of technical, entrepreneurial, and strategic development skills.

Yemi, possesses astute leadership, team, and management skills with global perspectives for business application – as evident during his tenure as lead of The Phase 3 Telecom Business Operations Team (BOT) – the chief operations officer arm of the business.

This, he does through insightful data analytics, stakeholder collaboration and proven customer engagement capabilities. As a service delivery expert, he is responsible for the service value system of the organization, ensuring that Phase3’s service brand in the industry stands tall above the competition through efficient service architecture, governance, assurance, and customer support.

As technical solutions lead, he has designed, implemented, and managed IP/MPLS core network and service solutions for a vast array of customer requirement scenarios on different network technologies, creating and improving value for customers, the organization, and other stakeholders. Through his expertise in technical presales engagement, he has supported the sales effort of the organization driving the customer base and revenue growth of the company. He is also adept in information security systems, next-generation-networks, and project management.

Prior to joining Phase3 Telecom in 2012, Yemi worked as a consultant for Progress Ventures where he was responsible for business analysis and solution architecture for the organization. Enabled by his hands-on experience in software engineering, distributed and embedded computer systems as well as modeling, he designed and implemented software solutions for the business providing competitive edge in the IT sector.

Yemi holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ilorin as well as master’s degree in Internet and Mobile Communications Systems from the University of York, United Kingdom.
