Olajumoke Igbinoba is a versatile administrator and seasoned professional having gained over 20 years experience (ten of which has been at top management levels) within the telecommunications industry.

Beyond her managerial competencies as well as capabilities in overseeing business  operations –  Olajumoke as a result driven individual with good work ethics, is also adept at identifying and harnessing strategic opportunities; cultivating commercial relationships; and formulating long-term corporate strategy with a focus on customer management and business leadership.

Prior to joining Phase3 in 2021 as head corporate administration, she was ipNX Telecoms’ regional head – north with corporate strategy and business development portfolios. And known for her commitment, contributed significantly to expanding the company’s strategic partnership streams with private organizations, banks and public sector institutions.

Later, she joined Galaxy Backbone Limited as head federal public sector offering her management leadership expertise to drive business development and commercial for government institutions  including federal ministries.

Olajumoke holds a Masters degree in Business and Management from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom; Masters of Law from the University of East London, United Kingdom and in 2006 became an alumna of Lagos Business School’s Senior Management Programme (SMP).

She is today dedicated to seeing Phase3 achieve its administrative goals, overarching corporate vision and the sustainability of its strategic partnerships by developing strategies and proffering proactive solutions targeted at optimizing performance of business operations as well as efficient planning, coordination and management of internal stakeholders resource requirements .
